Sue joined the staff of Charles H. Raffensperger, CPA in September 1990. She continues as the Office Manager for Raffensperger, Martin & Finkenbiner, LLC. In addition to the administrative functions of the office, she also manages our payroll department, which includes a full range of payroll services, including before and after the fact payroll processing. Through her many years of QuickBooks experience, she also provides general bookkeeping services. As a native of Gettysburg, she graduated from Gettysburg Area High School and then from Shippensburg University with a degree in Business Administration. She lives north of Gettysburg with her husband and two children.
Julie A. Keyser

Julie joined our staff in January 2014. She manages QuickBooks services for multiple clients and is QuickBooks certified. In addition, she provides income tax preparation services for Individuals, Estates and Trusts. Julie is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Finance. She brings extensive experience in the Banking/Financial sectors with 18+ years working at Fiserv Pittsburgh on banking financial software and project management. She volunteers with many organizations within the community and serves as Treasurer for several non-profit organizations. She is a 2015 recipient of the United Way Heart in Hand Award. Julie resides in Gettysburg with her husband and three sons.
Alex Neubauer

Alex was born and raised in Gettysburg, graduating from Gettysburg Area High School in 2012, and completed his B.S in accounting at Shippensburg University, graduating in 2016. Alex has been with the firm since 2015, first starting as an intern, then later accepted a full-time position prior to graduating from Shippensburg. Alex has been a licensed CPA in the state of Pennsylvania since 2021 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Alex provides tax preparation and financial statement services for individuals, business, and non-profit organizations. Alex can also help with any of your bookkeeping and Quickbooks needs and provides consulting and tax planning services. Alex currently resides in Fairfield, PA and enjoys spending time with his family, and the outdoors.
Kathryn Wagner
Kathryn joined our staff in October of 2022. She graduated from Gettysburg Area High School and then graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in Applied Mathematics. Kathryn enjoys spending time with family and friends, working on various types of art and reading.
